Thomas Tuchel’s men finished fourth on the Premier League table last season behind Liverpool, Man United and Manchester City.
But Neville expects Chelsea to improve on the fourth position they finished last season, insisting that the signing of Romelu Lukaku will make the Blues one of the favourites to win the Premier League this season.
