Transfer: Chelsea deals Manchester United two blows
Chelsea, Manchester United’s Premier League opponent, has dealt the Red Devils two more transfer setbacks.
According to reports, Chelsea wants to buy Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro and will obstruct Manchester United’s pursuit of Christian Pulisic.
Man United started to show interest in Casemiro earlier this week.
Adrien Rabiot’s transfer from Juventus fell through due to disagreements over personal issues, thus Erik ten Hag, the manager of Man United, is searching for another midfielder.
However, 90min claims that Chelsea has a long-standing interest in Casemiro and is considering signing the Brazilian international before the end of the summer transfer season.
According to the report, Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has made it a priority to sign a player with Casemiro’s playing style.
