Zidane decision by Manchester United made public
Zidane Iqbal’s future with Manchester United has been decided, it has been confirmed.
Instead of being sent out on loan, the young player will stay with the team this year.
This comes after his impressive preseason performance for the team under manager Erik ten Hag.
The 19-year-old traveled to Asia and Australia with the United team. Thailand and Australia and he’s been one of the biggest benefits.
After signing a new long-term contract with the club earlier this year, the teenager had been anticipated to go out on loan this season.
Iqbal is expected to play for the first team this season, but Ten Hag believes that staying at the Theatre of Dreams this year will be beneficial for Iqbal’s future.
Iqbal might get some playing time in the cup competitions and the Europa League due to his busy schedule leading up to the World Cup in November.

Christian Ekensin has been acquired by United, and Frenkie de Jong’s arrival is still anticipated.
