DONE DEAL: ASTON VILLA SIGNED ROSS BARLEY FROM CHELSEA

 

 

Aston Villa have signed Chelsea midfielder Ross Barkley on a season long loan from Chelsea.

 

The England midfielder has fallen down the pecking order at Chelsea after the signings of forwards Kai Havertz, Timo Werner and winger Hakim Ziyech. He has not make a Premier League start this season.

 

 

TRANSFER EXPERT GIVES UPDATE ON DECLAN RICE

 

 

Fabrizio Romano has provided an update on his ‘Here we go’ Podcast released today.

 

To begin with, he says that West Ham have said that Rice is not leaving this window, and there is no sign of a Chelsea offer yet.

 

That doesn’t mean to say that it won’t arrive anytime now and Chelsea could be encouraged by the fact that Rice wants to join them and is “trying to join Chelsea” in the words of Romano.
